Refund Policy

I aim to provide high-quality, client-centred care. If you're not satisfied or need to cancel, here's how refunds work:

 

Cancellations

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund unless due to exceptional circumstances.

 

Missed Appointments

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened but still charged in full.

 

Unsatisfactory Service

If you’re unhappy with your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours. I will review your feedback and may offer a partial refund or alternative session at my discretion.

 

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
